In Serial Batch Report, You can view report by serial number, supplier code and item code. You can also export serial batch report in Excel, Word and PDF format.

Search “Serial Batch Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Serial Batch Report“. Serial Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter serial number in “Serial Number” field input box.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific serial number.

Export “Serial Batch Report” To Excel.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Serial Batch Report“. Serial Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter serial number in “Serial Number” field input box.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Click on “Export to Excel” button then it will download serial batch report in Excel format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display serial batch report in Excel format.

Export “Serial Batch Report” To Word.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Serial Batch Report“. Serial Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter serial number in “Serial Number” field input box.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Click on “Export to Word” button then it will download serial batch report in Word format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display serial batch report in word format.

Export “Serial Batch Report” To PDF.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Serial Batch Report“. Serial Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter serial number in “Serial Number” field input box.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

 

Click on “Export to PDF” button then it will download serial batch report in PDF format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display serial batch report in PDF format.

Print “Serial Batch Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Serial Batch Report“. Serial Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter serial number in “Serial Number” field input box.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific serial number.

If you need to perform Print operation in serial batch report information then click on “Print” button. Confirmation pop-up will appear.

If you want to print the record then you may click on “Yes” button and record will be printed otherwise click on “No” button.

Serial Batch Report information will be printed.
