In Profit Loss Statement Report, You can view report by general ledger account date. You can also export profit loss statement report in Excel, Word and PDF format.

Search “Profit Loss Statement Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Profit Loss Statement Report“. Profit Loss Statement Report page will be displayed.

Select statement type then click on anyone radio button.

Enter date from in “Period From” field input box. Enter date to in “Period To” field input box.

Click on checkbox. If you want to see balance sheet with opening balance.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific period.

Export “Profit Loss Statement Report” To Excel.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Profit Loss Statement Report“. Profit Loss Statement Report page will be displayed.

Print “Profit Loss Statement Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Profit Loss Statement Report“. Profit Loss Statement Report page will be displayed.

Select statement type then click on anyone radio button.

Enter date from in “Period From” field input box. Enter date to in “Period To” field input box.

Click on checkbox. If you want to see balance sheet with opening balance.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific period.

If you need to perform Print operation in profit loss statement report information then click on “Print” button. Confirmation pop-up will appear.

If you want to print the record then you may click on “Yes” button and record will be printed otherwise click on “No” button.

Profit Loss Statement Report information will be printed.
