In Item Batch Report, You can view report by batch number and warehouse code. You can also export item batch report in Excel, Word and PDF format.

Search “Item Batch Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Item Batch Report“. Item Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter batch number in “Batch Number” field input box.

Enter warehouse code in “Warehouse Code” field input box.

Select desired search then click on selected radio button.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Enter warehouse code or click on “Warehouse Code” input box then warehouse code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired warehouse code then selected warehouse name will be displayed in “Warehouse name” input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific batch number.

Export “Item Batch Report” To Excel.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Item Batch Report“. Item Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter batch number in “Batch Number” field input box.

Enter warehouse code in “Warehouse Code” field input box.

Select desired search then click on selected radio button.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Enter warehouse code or click on “Warehouse Code” input box then warehouse code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired warehouse code then selected warehouse name will be displayed in “Warehouse name” input box.

Click on “Export to Excel” button then it will download item batch report in Excel format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display item batch report in Excel format.

Export “Item Batch Report” To Word.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Item Batch Report“. Item Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter warehouse code or click on “Warehouse Code” input box then warehouse code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired warehouse code then selected warehouse name will be displayed in “Warehouse name” input box.

Click on “Export to Word” button then it will download item batch report in Word format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display item batch report in word format.

Export “Item Batch Report” To PDF.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Item Batch Report“. Item Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter batch number in “Batch Number” field input box.

Enter warehouse code in “Warehouse Code” field input box.

Select desired search then click on selected radio button.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Enter warehouse code or click on “Warehouse Code” input box then warehouse code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired warehouse code then selected warehouse name will be displayed in “Warehouse name” input box.

Click on “Export to PDF” button then it will download item batch report in PDF format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display item batch report in PDF format.

Print “Item Batch Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Item Batch Report“. Item Batch Report page will be displayed.

Enter batch number in “Batch Number” field input box.

Enter warehouse code in “Warehouse Code” field input box.

Select desired search then click on selected radio button.

Enter item code or click on “Item Code” input box then Item code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired item code then selected item name will be displayed in “Item name” input box.

Enter supplier code or click on “Supplier Code” input box then supplier code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired supplier code then selected supplier name will be displayed in “Supplier name” input box.

Enter warehouse code or click on “Warehouse Code” input box then warehouse code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired warehouse code then selected warehouse name will be displayed in “Warehouse name” input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific batch number.

If you need to perform Print operation in item batch report information then click on “Print” button. Confirmation pop-up will appear.

If you want to print the record then you may click on “Yes” button and record will be printed otherwise click on “No” button.

Item Batch Report information will be printed.
