In company profile, you can add new item details in your desired language. You can set item type, item picture, units of items, equivalent item, and supplier code and supplier name. You can update and delete item.

Search “Account Balance Aging Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Account Balance Aging Report“. Account Balance aging Report page will be displayed.

Enter account code or click on “Account Code” input box then account code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired account code then selected account name will be displayed in “Account name” input box.

Enter date in “Date” field input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results for specific account code.

Export “Account Balance Aging Report” To Excel.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Account Balance Aging Report“. Account Balance aging Report page will be displayed.

Enter account code or click on “Account Code” input box then account code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired account code then selected account name will be displayed in “Account name” input box.

Enter date in “Date” field input box.

Click on “Export to Excel” button then it will download account balance aging report in Excel format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display account balance aging report in Excel format.

Export “Account Balance Aging Report” To Word.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Account Balance Aging Report“. Account Balance aging Report page will be displayed.

It will display account balance ageing report in word format.

Export “Account Balance ageing Report” To PDF.

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Account Balance Aging Report“. Account Balance aging Report page will be displayed.

Enter date in “Date” field input box.

Click on “Export to PDF” button then it will download account balance ageing report in PDF format. Click on the massage box on the bottom corner of the page (message box location may differ in your browser).

It will display trial balance report in PDF format.

Print “Account Balance Ageing Report” in Reports

Click on the “Reports“, in main menu then click on “Account Balance Aging Report“. Account Balance aging Report page will be displayed.

Enter account code or click on “Account Code” input box then account code dropdown will be shown. Select your desired account code then selected account name will be displayed in “Account name” input box.

Enter date in “Date” field input box.

Click on “Show” button then Report will show all results.

If you need to perform Print operation in account balance ageing report information then click on “Print” button. Confirmation pop-up will appear.

If you want to print the record then you may click on “Yes” button and record will be printed otherwise click on “No” button.

Account Balance ageing report information will be printed.
